Recommended intake: two times two capsules daily with sufficient liquid It is recommended not to take Maca late in the evening to minimize sleep problems, as it can have a stimulating effect.

Does black maca have side effects?

Black Maca is generally considered safe and there are few known side effects. However, some individuals may be sensitive to maca. Here are some possible side effects that may occur extremely rarely: Indigestion (at higher doses), sleep disturbances (it has a stimulating effect), hormone imbalances (may affect hormone balance in the body).
