When should I take the Ashwagandha capsules?
Organic Ashwagandha capsules are best taken one hour before or two hours after a meal. In principle, however, they can be taken at any time of day (regardless of mealtimes).
- Ashwagandha capsules should be taken in the evening before going to bed.
- For sport: take Ashwagandha capsules about half an hour before training.
How much ashwagandha per day?
Take two capsules twice a day with food. Follow the recommended dosage on the packaging. Please talk to your doctor before taking ashwagandha, especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding and if you have any previous illnesses.
When to take Ashwagandha before sleep?
Ashwagandha is best taken 30 minutes before going to bed.
